Human psychology says we have six basic human needs that we seek to have fulfilled each day of our lives. The first is "Certainty", We, as humans want to know we are
safe, and will have a roof over our head and a bed to sleep in. The second need is "Significance". We need to feel as though we are special. As humans we seek to have the respect of our friends, and those we deal with on a day to day basis. We aren't "Guys", and we (probably) don't need to be "taken care of". What we do need is the respect and care given when our service staffs are properly trained in both service skills and communication skills that impart the philosophy and professionalism of the company that employs them.
Employees are the backbone of any business.
